Humanitarian Pricing Model
Our pricing model is a sustainable pathway to generating profits that directly fund more technology grants while allowing our partners to scale their initiatives. We aim to create positive change globally by addressing the shortage of surgical training opportunities in low-middle-income-countries (LMICs) and creating access to essential tools and resources for remote training.
Initial Grant Support
To help teams get their remote training projects off the ground, we provide grants that covers the cost of their first remote surgical training kit. This initial support is crucial in enabling medical teams to start their training initiatives without the burden of upfront costs and it allows them to test out what tools and equipment work for their surgical training use case.
Humanitarian Pricing Model
After the initial grant, we offer additional kits at a subsidized rate, based on our humanitarian pricing model. This model is designed to be affordable for surgical training projects of all sizes; from two surgeons that want to connect in two different parts of the world, to well-established organizations with global teams, we ensure that the resources they need are accessible and sustainable.
Reinvesting Revenue
The revenue generated from our humanitarian pricing model is not for profit but rather a means to sustain and expand our mission. Every dollar earned is directly reinvested into more remote training projects in low-middle-income countries. This reinvestment allows us to reach more medical professionals, extend our impact, and ultimately improve surgical training access and health care outcomes globally.
